Wild Chokecherry Vinaigrette

A delicious light and sweet "Fat Free" Dressing. In case you are not familiar with the chokecherry, it is a bush with berries about the size of a pea, usually in clusters. Chokecherries are native to the Bighorn Mountains of northern Wyoming as well as in many other areas. A Naturally fat-free fruit vinaigrette! Truly a special addition to your salad. Goes great with walnuts.
